The overworld and battle debug menus are now unlocked with R + START. Open Utilities, PC/Bag, Party, Give X and more from a single menu. Press SELECT mid-battle to open the battle debug menu. In Summary Battle Moves, press START to open the Move Relearner. Foolproof keeps the underlying Heart & Soul experience intact — it just unlocks built-in developer tools. ▮
